Does CSX stop tracking?

Can someone help with tracking a vehicle? This is what the dealer gave me. I called ns norfolk southern, says no trace available. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, I entered 8849(TTGX) then 253565.
I would be grateful for any help.

Just checked and we still have an ETA of 4/24. Train had departed East Green River, Wyoming. I’m assuming next stop will be Salt Lake City.

I just checked and it arrived at Salt Lake City Utah today around 2pm.

Press 1
Then say TTGX (listen for confirmation)
Then say rail cart number 253565
Done
After you should hear a response.

I just checked and it arrived at Salt Lake City Utah today around 2pm.

So I checked again and it Departed Salt Lake City Utah at 3pm.

Awesome just checked UP and new ETA is 1:30pm on 4/24. It’s been getting earlier every time I’ve checked. Fingers crossed it’s smooth the rest of the way.

Funny you should mention CSX delay. My car sat in Clovis NM from Friday night until 2:45 this afternoon when it started rolling towards Arizona, yay, flagman

Mine was on CSX then BNSF once it left Chicago. Was able to track using the CSX number the entire way, and mine rolled through Flagstaff Wednesday and arrived at the end point in El Mirage yesterday. Just miles away from my dealership in Chandler/Tempe now! What was your build date? I was a 4/4 blend, 4/6 build.

and just like that it looks like we are in Mira Loma! !! I guess now we’re just on to waiting for the convoy to take our Broncos the last mile home. Good luck hope you get your Bronco as soon as humanly possible!
