If they are interested maybe you can make some templates for the pieces and just sell the templates...

That can be sent fairly cheap in the mail... They can take the templates to a friend or a local metal shop to have them made..

Figured i would post these mounts that i’ve been working on to mount my awning to the oem roof rack. They are not finished yet but i will update this thread as they go through the build process. I built a jig to mount them in so that welding doesn’t warp them. First picture was a test piece i made of 1” flat stock, other pictures are 1.5” and should be the final design.
