Ditch lights wire routing though cowl

Well it is a small Mod, but I still want to do it right. I am running some RC 3.5 inch Amber DRL ditch lights mounted to some Seven Sparta Dual A-Pillar Light Mount I got off Amazon. I am trying to figure out how to run the wires from the light it self into the engine compartment. Currently I have just pushed them down between the outer fender and the little plastic piece of the cowl. Anybody have a better way of doing this? I am not afraid to dill holes if needed.

You should be able to run the wire behind the light and under the valance panel and fish it through to the engine compartment.

There are several previous threads w/ specifcs, try the search function here or put the google to it...something should pop up.

I've routed mine down through that notch & it's worked perfectly. Drops right behind the hood hinges, kind of weird to fish out, but a coat hanger / long needle nose pliers will help greatly.
