Disappointing results from Go Rhino

I'm not one to usually complain about companies but so far my experience trying to purchase rails from Rhino has been terrible. First package I received was for a bronco sport was told to return it. Still no refund, second order I purchased while waiting for refund received with bent rail ends as pics below. Does anyone else have any experience like this? Considering paying for the dv8 at this point but was wondering if anyone else has good options or good customer experience with other brands.

I have a set of GoRhino side steps and no damage. Looks like the shipping company threw them around.

Mine looked like that as well. The ends pictured are shipping “caps” that come off. Underneath the metal was in perfect condition on my order.

I hope they aren’t damaged. I was 1/2 way thru the UPS claim when I realized mine were Ok.

Yea i just checked them metal is scraped and bent up as well, 🤦🏽‍

I got my Dominator Extreme D1 side steps for my 2 door today. The steps survived shipping but they sent 4 door brackets. I could make it work by switching sides on 2 of the brackets and redrilling one hole and slotting another for the bolts that go through the pinch weld. I've sent them an email but most likely won't get a reply until Monday.
