***DING!!!!!*** Stop this Android Auto noise!!!

Have not been able to solve this problem in my '23. This does NOT do this in my '21 Explorer with same phone...no matter what settings are set, SMS message notifications are at volume 30. Can't turn the DING off! Makes me and every passenger jump from our seats when I get a notification. Sometimes I get the DING with no visual notification. Anyone got any thought? Similar experience?

Oh yeah. S24 Ultra and use Google messages for app.

Next time the ding happens, hit the volume knob while the ding is still happening.

Text yourself a few times so you can catch it in time.
