Dimensions and figures for building a custom downpie

Since the aftermarket dropped the ball like they were dropped on their head as babies, looks like we gotta pick up the slack

I figure a 400 cell does the job without triggering a CEL, but what about piping size and everything? What would I need to order to hand to a shop to create what the AM isn't willing to do.

They're probably going to need a stock converter so they can just base it off that for measurements, the flange for the turbo, the exhaust mount, ect.

Or just find someone that'll hack up a DP from a focus RS or ecoboost mustang

I'm not against the idea, but this needs to be said:
If the shop doesn't know what materials they would need to make a custom downpipe, find a different shop.

I don't know what the holdup is with the 2.3L Broncos, but I do know it was taking 4-5+ years for people to release products for the Focus RS when that was around. Those were a very limited and niche vehicle, but companies eventually got to it. I just keep reminding myself that Bronco has only been back for 3 years now. It'll get there eventually.
