My original post was here for anyone interested:

A very long story shorter, I found a local dealership willing to take my warranty claim for the dent in the fiberglass hood from the original post. They outsource to a local body shop that the other 3 Ford dealerships in the area use and come highly recommended by just about everyone in the area.
Back in April, they performed the repairs on the original dent. The dent was gone, but there were several imperfections that showed up- some deep lines in the paint near the dent where it looks like the bondo wasn't fully sanded smoothly, and several paint/dust "pimples" all over where they re-sprayed the hood. I pointed these out immediately, and they took the vehicle back to smooth out the imperfections in what they called a normal touch up.
Once again, those imperfections were cleaned up but a new problem was visible- now, fine scratches were in random places on the surface where it looks like they over-polished some of the "paint pimples" and a streaky, thick haze where they didn't polish enough. The hood was also filthy and almost looked like they didn't clean the surface before doing the work. I was shocked to get the car back in this state after taking it in twice.
The shop admitted fault both times and offered to take it back a third time- when I noticed 2 more creases in the hood that looked similar to the original, within the vicinity of the original dent. I immediately sent pictures to the dealership and the body shop- the body shop is standing by the fact that these had to be more factory defects, and that they were not caused by low spots in the bondo as I suspected because they didn't bondo the area I am showing is creased.
I am requesting Ford do what I originally asked, and just order a new hood so we can start with a clean slate- but the body shop is claiming that this is "just how fiberglass is" and I would likely find more "ripples" and imperfections on the new hood as well, and they want to just continue to repair the existing hood- suggesting that stripping, scanning for any imperfections, and repainting the whole thing is the best option.
At this point, I'm really just trying to figure out if I am being nitpicky or what. I don't understand how anyone can say these are "normal"- especially if they agreed to fix the first one and Ford agreed it was a manufacturing defect. My concern is Ford will likely reject the claim since they already paid for the first repair- but the body shop is going to insist these are additional defects not detected by me, 3 different dealerships, or the body shop during repairs and that they too should be warrantable...which I suppose is possible, but highly unlikely.
I've read 0 reports of any other Raptor owners with defects in their hoods causing ripples/dents/swirls, so I have to assume something caused mine to be made wonky, otherwise I have an eagle eye and the rest of you need to look closer
