Delivery timeframe

Hey, for those of you that have taken delivery, how long was it between the build week and the actual delivery of your Bronco?

It's kind of a mess right now because a lot of people have "built" Broncos that are stuck waiting for microchips. BUT assuming the Bronco is actually completed during it's build week, its about 3-6 weeks between the build and delivery... sometimes a little more... sometimes a little less.

Since most vehicles are shipped via rail, the amount of time you wait is often dependent on how far away you live from a major rail yard. Someone in South Dakota, for example, may have to wait longer for a vehicle than someone in Los Angeles, even though Los Angeles is MUCH farther away from Michigan than the Dakotas are. Why? Because Los Angeles is one of the largest rail hubs in the country.

I think Ford's official timeline is 4-8 weeks.

Took about 4 weeks to Idaho, 2 to Ohio

Assuming no "hold" then it normally takes 3-5 weeks, depending on whether a stupid choo-choo train is involved.

Mine took a month to the day from shipped from MAP to the dealer. I’m in NY and was shipped by rail

Mine was just under a month from date built to date received at dealership. My build date was 2 weeks after the supposed start of my build week. Mine was built late March and was received earlier this week in late April.

Also, received a week prior to estimated delivery date ford provided, which was next week. My dealership informed me that they had received Broncos slightly before estimated delivery date but no guarantees.

wanted to share parameters of my experience bc I was looking for similar info while I waited between build and delivery. It’s an amazing truck. I love it.
