We have received notice of your Bronco order and deposit.

Please go to Ford.com for all of your questions for configurations and timing.

I placed 2 reservations with 2 dealers....both confirmed by Ford....have not heard anything from either dealer

Hey Everyone!

Longtime lurker and finally joined the ranks after putting down my reservation??. Wanted to create a thread for us to track and hopefully show what dealers have been communicating us on our orders. Feel free to screenshot or summarize what you've received. I've seen a number of threads where people are receiving different emails (some inviting them in for swag, others getting automated emails- like myself, others got invited in for a test drive etc.)

Admin if this is already created feel free to delete or merge! I'm curious to see how Ford Dealers are handling this and what they're saying to us.

So far I've received 2 automated emails saying they received my "inquiry" and 1 email from their Sales Manager with links to view their inventory (which looks like another automated email)...

What have y'all gotten? Also, feel free to drop the dealer you chose below*

EDIT- Just received an email (not automated) with the subject Bronco Reservation and one of the sales coordinators confirming they've recieved my reservation but wanted to know which Bronco I was reserving and what trim... I've replied and I'll let you know their response/any other info they provide*

I had a dealership call me and leave me a message about my reservation, but it was not the dealership I reserved with. I had called them prior to the reservation time and they never got around to bothering to answer my questions. Now after the fact they are calling me.

I ain't heard crap. I called them with a question and got a non committal answer. since I did not order a FE I may just reserve at another dealer and see that goes.

Got two emails from the dealer I reserved with. One automated shortly after I reserved it then one the next day from the actual sales manager. Then a call later on basically saying that they recieved my reservation and that ordering will be at the end of the year and about this time next year for receiving it.

They're down in Woodbury, so not far from you at all. I had planned to go through Winner Ford, and still may switch if I can, because my dad goes way back with the general manager there. But we'll see.

That’s my closest dealer but they didn’t answer when I called Winner so I’m going Holman. Please keep me updated! Do you think one will have orders earlier than the other? I’m not too familiar with the three we listed.

I placed my first reservation with Chapman Ford in Scottsdale on Tuesday and have not heard from them on my order. I just placed another reservation with Sanderson Ford (since they are accepting X-Plan) and received an auto email from their sales manager right away.

I placed my reservation with Power Ford in Albuquerque, NM. I haven't heard anything yet but I'm not too worried. I'm sure its going to be a while before they start collecting any order info.

Have t received a call or email from dealer yet Lilliston. Ford but I did email the salesman there to give him a heads up I Reserved a bronco and Using there dealer. The salesman is the same guy that sold me my 07 gt back in 07 he Said as soon as he hears something he will be in touch from what I hear it will be awhile before we get called in to pick ootions

Lucky to keep relations with them! I'm sure as a returner they'll hopefully keep you posted. Yeah, I dont suspect we'll get notified until closer to the end of the year when allocations come out. But definitely post here if you hear anything else!

I have my guy at Jordan Ford looking into everything X-plan and ADM just have to ask about the doc fees

Okay awesome! Definitely get that locked in. I finally heard back from mine and they confirmed x-plan pricing but no details on doc fees or ADM...

Got a call from a salesperson the next morning... Pleasant enough guy.

After introducing himself and thanking me for the reservation, confirming the sale would be at MSRP, he asked:

"Do you have any questions about the new Bronco?"

To which I responded "absolutely, but I don't think you'll have any answers for them at this point... Pricing on the Sasquatch option? Can you confirm if the Sasquatch option will or will not be available with the manual? Will X-plan be allowable for the Bronco? "

And of course his response was, "your right... I have none of that info... I'll keep you informed when more information is available."

You asked the golden question "sasquatch option" pricing! I suspect we won't hear much of that till closer to end of year (hopefully??) I'm also hoping that one of these dealers are Bronco enthusiasts and can share with us more info then we already know?

Email from Ford official, but no contact from dealer yet.. Tried their online support chat and I called the dealer directly just to be told we will let a sales person "know" you ordered. After dealing with much more premium brands and service.. Not sure the FE 4door is meant for me?

?‍it seems a lot of others too have heard nothing or have gotten lack of service... please let us know if anything changes! Remember you can always change your dealer if its better?

I have an email from Ford saying my reservation is confirmed. The next day, I got an email from the dealer saying that the Bronco is ready to order - and takes me to a reservation page. A little disappointed as I see some got personal calls and emails - I did not get any. I will probably call them to make sure we are on the same page.

You're not alone! Definitely get some clarity, I would not put our trust in them until we can see everything and submit the final order.
