577 days after reservation finally got to pick up my '23 Badlands. Purchase process was quick, simple, and the sales reps/manager were polite and easy to work with. Being a day with nice weather, drove it home with the windows down and climate control off.
First issue when I got home: opened the swing gate and propped the back of the rag top - drivers side back window panel popped out of the rear track connected to the back window. Noticed the plastic retainer that slides into the track was broken from the bottom to about 3 inches up. No big deal, figured I'd take it back in this week and have them replace while I wait or order the pane and fix it whenever.
Later that evening after work it had cooled down quite a bit outside, literally my 3rd time starting the vehicle (after test drive, then driving it home), climate control blower doesn't work at all (manual or auto). Unless it broke while not being used on my drive home, this was completely missed by QC.
Needless to say, she's right back at the dealer. I'm not concerned that my issues wont be fixed, but this is extremely poor QC from Ford. Moral of the story: be sure to check that EVERYTHING functions as it should on the vehicle before you sign and drive it off the lot. In my excitement, I didn't other than a close visual inspection of the exterior.
