Custom Bronco overlay decals installed.

Prior to picking up our Bronco (one week ago today - 1/8/22) I purchased a vinyl cutter with the intent on having some fun with the Bronco and give it a unique look.

I’m a Graphic Designer by day, so this morning I created some graphics for the ‘BRONCO’ letters across the front of our OBX/Sasquatch. Last night I spent time fine tuning the letter fitment in a gloss black vinyl, but this morning after our shackles arrived, switched up the design to matte black and gold.

I am from Scotland, my wife is a Texan and she loves all things steampunk, so this design has a Celtic knot running through the middle of it, also giving it a very steampunk look with the color palette. Really happy with the look, and understand it’s not everyone’s taste, but definitely something unique!

As the weather warms up I have some bigger plans for the Bronco graphics, but for now, here are some pictures of the letters I installed this morning.

I bought the USCutter MH-871 - it’s a 34” wide cutter and been a fantastic machine so far. Really versatile.

USCutter sells that model he bought, and unless he upgraded he is using Vinyl CutMaster that came with it.

I'm using Adobe Illustrator to create my files, then importing them into the USCutter VinylMaster Cut software that ships with the vinyl cutter.

I ordered my cutter through USCutter via Walmart as they had a special on it at the time. Amazon has them and you can buy direct from USCutter as well, however I went with the best price.

As was requested, here are a couple of shots of the whole front.

I also replaced the Outer Banks emblems this afternoon with ones that represent our blended family as I mentioned above. The American flag on the left side and the Union Jack on the right side. Really happy with how they turned out.
