CSX Rail = No Status

Tracking went to shipped on 6/25. Got all my rail information from Ford Chat. Used CSX's automated tracking system and showing no status at this time. Wondering what everyone else has seen on timeframe on how long it takes CSX's system to update. Hoping by end of week but not sure if rail's tracking is as bad as Fords.

It may not have left the plant yet. I’ve been checking mine and it updates regularly.

Mine shipped 6/24. Even day of shipping, when I called the automated system it tracked my rail car to Wayne, Michigan. Has updated with new information daily since.

I too am getting current updates. However, mine hit shipped status back on June 18th and I just recently began checking. You might want to call back and double check that you have the right car numbers? Hang in there, it should pop up soon!

Just called and checked and mine said “ loaded” location Wayne, Michigan …. July 1st Gibson Indiana.

Checked Ford tracker yesterday and my status went back to “order confirmed” after being in “built” status since 6/20. Ford chat gave me CSX rail car number yesterday. Tracker is quoting delivery to Portland, Oregon July 13-26
