Corner Brackets for roof rack cargo case mounting

Is anyone using Cargo Corner Brackets for mounting cargo stroage cases on their roof racks? In searching the web, i'm mostly seeing people drill mounting holes in the bottom of their cargo cases (rifle cases). I'm trying to avoid doing that as it makes them a permanant fixture. I would like to strap them down so that they can be easily removed. Roof racks like the RCI or Trailrax. Thanks.
