The "Capable" bumper is a Ford item so is only sold through Ford and Ford channels (at least new). For used there's the classifieds here and all the usual suspects - Craigslist, ebay, etc.

In summary - I would suggest you'd have much better success looking for take-off's for sale than buying new but if you truly do want a new Ford Capable bumper I'm fairly certain you need to buy it *from* Ford.

I have a take off capable bumper I'll sell. Came off my 2023 Wildtrack. Will also throw in fog light mounts for the pockets

You can find takeoff capable OEM Ford bumpers all over the place on Facebook marketplace, sometimes in this forum member marketplace. I found mine for $200 on Facebook marketplace, just had to drive over to near Tampa.
