If you live in the Middlesex County area DO NOT bring your bronco to Colonial Ford in Marlborough. Brought my 2021 in for a issue with the back up sensors and 360 camera. A bunch of codes popping up and areas of the camera were blacked out. Dropped it off and same day they called saying it was ready. Codes were gone, but areas of the camera were still blacked out so I had to go back in a schedule another drop off for the following Friday. Slightly annoyed I had to come back another time and deal with carpooling my wife to work. But I was patient. Upon picking up the second time all seems well. No codes, cameras are working, GREAT. I drive home with my wife and after arriving a walk to her side to open her door and notice a few green wires hanging exposed underneath the passenger rear tail light. WTF, right? So I call and schedule a 3rd visit. Still calm, still patient. I picked it up and se no more wires hanging. Cool. They gave a free oil change also. Okay, but in my mind I am still never coming back. THE VERY NEXT NIGHT I am pulled over for my tail lights be out. They started working so the cop was cool and just gave me a heads up I should get em looked at. So I go to Herb Ford in Westboro they do a diagnostic. Can't find a code. Can't seem to get the lights not to work. Decide to remove the tails lights and low and behold an exposed wire was causing a short. The hacks at Colonial cut into my brake light wire and decided to leave it exposed causing a short. Herb Ford was cool. Of course I had to pay for their time fixing someone else fuck up. But they made it bearable. And of course when I went to Colonial saying they should foot the bill I was told to pound sand. Don't go there!

they didn't even shrink the heat shrink tubing. I'd blow them up with an online review. you'd be surprised nowadays how effective that is. even if they don't reach back out to you, you've still let the locals know they suck (allegedly ) Also, way to go opening the door for wife, I only do it now cuz she rips the door open and one day will break the freakin window
