Clicking sounds when braking

Did anyone ever get to the bottom of this? My 2022 outer banks SAS started making this sound a couple months ago. Taken it to the dealer several times and even though they’ve heard it in person, they say they can’t replicate it. They have no idea what the issue is. They replaced the brake pedal as a guess and it’s still making the clicking sound. So it’s back at the dealer again. Any updates?

If anyone experienced this: it’s the EBS braking system and needs to be replaced. $2800 here in So Cal. Thankfully I was just under my factory warranty and they covered it. Took them having the bronco for a week to figure it out and multiple trips before this. Good luck everyone.
