I didn't realize that the accessory ports are different than what the lighter ports used to be. My guess is that the kit replaces the one in the console vice giving you another location but might be dash or something mounted???

I've been vaping for about 10 years but before that I used a zippo, and yes with the top down at 70 in a Miata.

I quit smoking in 2001, but would select lighter option as an emergency fire starter in case my matches got wet or I ran out of lighter fluid; I also have fine steel wool and 9-volt battery for fire starter---stored in different containers of course.
