Christmas Lights, 110 outlet

So... thinking ahead about decorating Bronco for a Christmas parade. Can I plug a circuit breaker multi plug in to the 110 outlet, and how much power drawing is too much? I plan on LED lights so it will be minimal just wondering how many strings I can do

I know little to nothing about automotive electrical systems. So could I use an inverter on the back 12 volt to plug in more? How much is too much. I am just amazed there is a 110 outlet behind the center console...

Yeah that won't be close to a problem. Those things draw very little power.
