I just watched the install video and the molle panel doesn't appear to be offset from the trim panel. It seems to sit flush which would prohibit the ability to weave molle straps through the panel. Maybe it was hard to tell from the video, but there needs to be some minimum spacing, but not so much that it interferes with the seat sliding forward.
