Do you guys think that the Bronco centre caps will fit on other wheels? I love the Bronco and don't really want the "whatever" logo I might go with.

They might fit other Ford rims like Ranger only issue would be rim backspacing and bolt pattern

Same bolt pattern should fit on every or most rims with same bolt pattern...

Just to clarify, I mean would the Bronco caps fit on say a Fuel wheel, etc? I know it's a long shot but I love the horse.

It will not fit. the center cap dimension of a wheel has nothing to do with the bolt pattern of a wheel.
Most Ford OEM wheels looks like this:
- the back side which is the side mates onto the hub is hub-centric .. which means the diameter of the back side of the wheels is the size of the hub
- the front side of the wheel is completely different in dimension and is much smaller. This is the side where the center cap snaps into
There are aftermarket wheel companies that go out of their way to machine their wheels so that the oem center cap will work. For example Apex racing. They make wheels for BMWs and other sports cars
BUT most companies will not do this as they want you to use their center cap as it has their logo on it.

I plan on installing a small Bronco emblem to whatever wheels I decide on. Not as nice as OEM but does the job, somewhat.
I disliked the center caps on a set of wheels I purchased for my P/U. So I had a machine shop make me new ones. I painted them and added Emblems.

Looking at pictures of all of the different wheels, there looks to be at least 2, maybe 3 different center caps, depending on your wheel choice.
That being said, I'd imagine it would take maybe a day to design and 3D print an adapter piece to make the OEM's work on AM wheels.
