Capable Bumper Intercooler Mount Part #

I want to replace the base bumper tow hooks with Turn Offroad's Front Recovery Eyelets and D Rings. I have their Hyperlite bumbers as well. I know I saw the part numbers here but cannot find them. Anyone have the part #'s for the intercooler mounts without the toe hooks built in?
