Can't order rock rails

I placed my order for a Outer Banks 4dr with Sasquatch, lux and 2.7 today. Wanted to order the rock rails but my dealer said the system wouldn't let him order them with this confirmations. anybody have same problem?

I had same experience. I believe it's going to be a dealer installed item.

The OBX has a standard tube step, so you cannot add the rock rails. I believe that is the reasoning. I may be wrong.
