Hello fellow Bronco enthusiasts,

Curious, (as I posted the other day), when I called the Ford support line to check the status of my Bronco production date, only then did I "stumble" across my Private Offer from Ford.

Question: How does Ford normally communicate these offers to customers...

They have my correct email, phone, (I updated my address during the call as they had an old one) and my Ford Pass account is current as I receive my monthly Raptor status updates. What am I missing, is there another account I need to create, or are we dependent on the dealers to let us know (I hope not) of these kinds of communications from Ford?

Thanks for helping clear the fog ;)

PS. This would also apply to Ford bonus points, currently I'm ass-u-me ing they will be automatically credited to my Ford Pass account after purchase?

Thank you, appreciate the response! I've been receiving all my order/scheduling/production e-mails, but nothing on the offer...

I'm a Feb 2021 Reservation Holder. I took delivery of my Bronco last month.

In January 2023 I received an e-mail about MY23 Modification Private Offer. I made the changes and got the $2500 certificate. Ford didn't acknowledge via e-mail that I was awarded the certificate.

Regarding MY Price Increase Private Offers I never received anything from Ford other than general statements such as :"Just as important, we want to reassure you that you will not incur an increase in the MSRP as part of this model-year change. And that your reservation time stamp has not changed. All Bronco orders will continue to be prioritized according to the time they were reserved, vehicle model and configuration, part availability and the number of vehicles your dealer receives. Please note, the Bronco price protection program is for 2021 Bronco two- and four-door order and reservation holders recorded as of March 19, 2021. "

Based on the great threads on here I called customer service and they were able to provide the two certificate details. They matched up exactly with what was promised and written on here. I provided that info to my dealership who had no problem stacking them.

Back to your question, no, I never received an e-mail from Ford on "my" Private Offers or amounts. General offers and statements, yes sure.

Normally they don't communicate private offers. Your dealer is supposed to check for any offers (public or private) in SmartVincent.

Also, private offers are pretty damn rare. The only instances I can think of where it has been widely done are Bronco and Maverick buyers who have waited several model years.

No email from Ford regarding a private offer. I had to call their support line to verify the order and associated private offer.
