Built, but delay waiting to be shipped?

Mine was built 3/28

Shipped on 4/20. Last Friday it was in Western Michigan. This morning it was in Missouri. Final Destination Des Moines Iowa.

I belong told dealer arrival between 4/28 - 5/5.

Here's the latest I got from Samantha yesterday on mine. I'm able to now call the CSX automated system, although it doesn't seem to be updated all that often. What sucks is it now shows to have made it down to Kansas City as of 01:16 this morning, and I'll actually be in K.C. this weekend.
So tantalizingly close!
Wouldn't be surprised if it gets pulled off the ramp in K.C. and trucked up to Granger. I pushed our trip out to this weekend based on the possibility of popping up to Des Moines and grabbing the Bronco. The 3 week delay from built to actually put on a railcar completely hosed me, though.

• February 2, 2023: 477 days after original order date and after modifying from Wildtrak to BL received VIN number and order was picked up for production for the week of March 20, 2023.
• March 14, 2023 order sent to plant for production
• March 22, 2023 Bronco is currently showing number 540/882 going down the line with a blend date of March 21, 2023 and an invoice date of March 14, 2023
• March 23, 2023 status shows produced, pizza tracker shows in production and BCE modules are showing loaded
• March 24, 2023 PCM modules are still not showing loaded but I do have a tear tag now, pizza tracker still shows in production and vehicle visibility report on the dealership side shows produced.
• March 27, 2023 Pizza tracker still shows in production and no ETA, dealership side shows produced 3/22. VinView freight tracking was last updated on 3/24 showing it with modem active sitting out in the yard waiting to go out. Hopping it just hasn't updated yet, it has shipped and updates again in Wentzville waiting to go on a truck here.
• April 22, 2023: Dealership is showing "delayed pending update" on their end and VinView freight tracking is showing "delayed" and last GPS modem update was 4/10 showing it sitting where they moved up on the top northwest corner of the parking lot.
• Currently: Last update was modem ping on 4/28 when they moved the Bronco out west of town to a gravel lot that appears to be a freight truck transport lot. Hoping maybe they gave up on rail and sent her on a truck. Pizza tracker still shows "in production", dealership is showing "delayed pending update", freight tracker shows "delayed", and Ford chat says its produced, not holding on anything and working on being shipped.

Last year I waited 4 months after my Bronco was build. One rumor was a B-Pillar issue. Sure enough it arrived with discoloration on one of the pillars, looks like it was dipped in acid. Makes me wonder if the “fix” was to just ship it and deal with it through service.

The replacement part was ordered right away last August. It hasn’t arrived and I suspect never will. I covered the panel with a plastic piece that blends in with the rear window tint. Was cheap and look nice so I’m merely curious at this point.
