how to track rail delivery- East Coast: Get Rail Car # from Ford Chat or your Dealer.

1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Finally got through to a chat rep that seemed to know what's what. He told me my scheduled build date as of today is 10/26. Still no change on the order tracker and no window sticker yet.

I'm curious - of those who have received window stickers this week, has anyone received an unsolicited email update from Ford about their impending vehicle build?

Last email from Ford was the bump email.

Nothing yet. Just checked with chat and I'm still 10/26. That's three days in a row so hoping thats solid.

My build date has bounced all over the place but today is the first time I’ve gotten to 7 days prior (10/27) without it shifting to a later date. Should get “in production” status today, right?

I’d imagine you should, I was 10/26 but then got my window sticker late 10/18 with a 10/25 blend.

Not necessarily. I was also given a 10/26 scheduled build date by chat, and still have not yet had the "In production" status bestowed upon me.

"Should" if it falls in line with some. Some others are 10/26 and still haven't seen anything. It seems to be a crap shoot, but a lot of us got "In production" + Window stickers 7 days prior to build/blend date.

My last couple build dates according to chat were Tuesdays (10/11 and 10/18) both times I got no sort of status change and then an email late that night or the next day saying I have been moved to another week.
Just got off with chat now (for the first time since getting pumped to this build week) and they are telling me Thursday 10/27...so that's different at least! Lol.
Maybe I'll get lucky and have a window sticker later tonight or when I check tomorrow morning!
I'll be out of town all next week and won't be checking, so it's be nice to know if things were at least in motion.

Just to be clear - your vehicle status is IN PRODUCTION and not CONFIRMED right?
