577/1155 on the 10/24 blend date, checked this morning and it says I'm built and waiting to be scheduled for transport.
No built email, no photo. Last communication from Ford was showing a 10/27 build date. Someone must have lit a fire under Ford.
So to the nice lady we talked to at MAP in the parking lot Bronco display-we asked her if she'd build us a Bronco and she said yes, but she was building hers first, thank's ma'am, looking forward to it!

Earlier this afternoon (around 4pm ET) I had nothing. Just got back to the house and checked and I have an assload of BCE modules. Moving forward!!

So... I have a "contact" at MAP who pulled a fast one on me this morning. I was excited so I shot him a text and asked if it all looked good. There were some blanks in my modules that made me pucker a bit. he sends me back this in text:

Waiting for 3 chips! ETA from manufacturing is 12/23 and needs on back ordered GEM module
Running 2.5 months behind. Unit is slated for storage at Wixom Facility.

I honestly didn't flip out. I was like seriously? Oh well. Then he said nah I'm just messin' with ya. It's ready for loading on the truck, just needs a couple final inspections.

WHEW! Crisis averted!

tomorrow is my daughters day. #136 of 1543.

White 2 door base/squatch with roof rack.

if it happens the trifecta will be accomplished.

Group/family photo after it shows up.

She has agreed to drive my 2 door badlands until she can get used to the manual transmission in her base. Hasn't driven a stick in 20 years but absolutely had to have a manual.

The wife is co-signing so that makes it half mine too right? lol

That's awesome - an early build/rotation. Totally getting built tomorrow. I have to agree that it's half yours for sure if you're co-signing. Congrats and good luck to your Daughter!

That's awesome! And we're both in Michigan - go figure! LOL Yours is gonna ROCK off that assembly line and probably end up right next to mine. If you get a "baby pic" let me know. I'll do the same.
