Get the Sasquatch and be warrantied from factory. I think upgrading a non SAS with a lift, tires/wheels, and new flares would cost as much if using OEM warrantied parts and labor.

Right there in build and price

So the OBX can get the appropriate gearing for his future large tires AND a rear locker for peanuts? @OJslawyer I know you said you'd never take it off road but just for resale value alone this is 100% worth it.

wait I just looked at my picture again. It looks like the Big bend comes with 4.46 ring and pinion gears stock? That's going to be a low ratio for 32" tall factory tires.

Edit: Just realized the 4.46 gears are for the manual transmission only. Not the automatic

The way B&P is set up is too confusing with all five ratios available on all trims. They really need to restrict it down to only what's available for the vehicle you're looking at, like they do with every other option and package.

To confirm, OBX comes std with 3.73s, the rear locker gives 4.27s, and SAS gives 4.70s?

Confirmed yes. Standard 3.73. Rear locker comes with 4.27. Sas is 4.70.
They are all available it just matters how many more options go with it. In my opinion making the 4.70's look like is a standalone option is what is making it look confusing.

Hi everyone, first time poster long time lurker!

So i had a question regarding the Sasquatch package, and would love y’alls help.

long story short, im on the fence about Sasquatch, because ill never take my bronco off-road, apart from maybe the gun range, but even my beat up sequoia can handle that lol. So for all intents and purposes, my bronco will a pavement princess lmao, no other way of putting it.

i know that Sasquatch is mainly for hardcore off-roading, but I absolutely love the way it looks. I also realize that the bigger off road tires mean more road noise and overall a less quiet cabin. Currently my daily is an rdx, sometimes an S class and both these cars are pretty quiet in the cabin. While i do understand that the bronco is a dedicated off roader, im hoping road tires instead will help compose it a bit.

basically, is there anyway to get the look of the Sasquatch, on a non Sasquatch bronco with road tires? Or would the Sasquatch be the better route out of the box?

Appreciate it everyone!

quick edit: I actually had one more question regarding builds, I reserved mine in july of this year, my dealer called me to let me know they’d call me in September to order a 22 model year. However, with all the delays, would i ever get a bronco by next summer if i were to order it this September?
I’d say December 2022 is when you should be able to receive your bronco and that’s a 4dr soft top

Welcome to the forum Rob. I'm ordering an OBX also. My plan as of now is I will try to find a set of Badlands take off wheels, and tires. The 17" wheel with 285/70R17 all terrain tires will be all I need the way I will use my Bronco, and they will give it a more rugged look. If that plan falls through I may just order a set of 275/65R18 AT tires, and keep the 18" wheels. I don't like the factory wheels that much, but a member here just upgraded the tires on his OBX, and the bigger tires did help the looks of those awful wheels. :)

Like you I just don't see the need to spend the extra $3K+ for a Squatch package that I will never need.
