Hello, I'm new here. Anyhow, I've contacted Ford.ca a number of times since I placed my order. My Bronco (2 door Cyber Orange Badlands) was built on January 21, 2022 and I was told that it was going to be delivered the next week. It's been sitting in a lot in Dearborn, MI since then and the ETA after that was May 3, 2022. It hasn't been shipped yet and they can't give me a new ETA. I'm extremely disappointed with Ford. My Father bought his first vehicle in 1950 and it was a '50 Ford. They didn't have a name for it like Mustang, Taurus, Escape, etc... He said he'd stick with Ford until he got a 'lemon'. Obviously he never did. I'm the 9th of 9 kids they had and we've all been Ford owners. I drive a ROUSH Phase 3 (680 HP) Stang and it's the 11th Mustang owned by my Dad, Mom and some of my brothers and sisters. I sold my F-150 in January when they told me the Bronco was going to be delivered. I normally don't put the insurance on my Stang until late Apr. - early May. The extreme performance tires I have on there turn to rock when it gets in the 30's and sometime in the low 40's outside. Long story short, GM and Chrysler are shipping their vehicles out and the dealers are installing the new chips when the get them in. Why can't Ford do the same. The 3 chips that are delaying it are for the heated seats, the heated steering wheel and an upgrade to the Nav system. These aren't safety related chips and aren't necessary for driving. I can even do without them even in the winter. I call up and the only people I get to speak with are in Customer Service and they don't seem to have any idea about what's going on. I keep getting told to speak with the dealership I ordered my Bronco from but they don't seem to have an different info either. I found the info print that comes on all new vehicles, but that's useless to me. I want info on the ETA and I want Ford to start shipping them out like GM and Chrysler. You pay enough for a new Bronco that they should have the customers interest as a priority. I hate to say it, but that's why GM and Chrysler are going to pass Ford on quality care for the customers and Ford is going to start loosing business.
