I posted this in the 11-29 BW thread, but I think it needs some more attention!! I'm absolutely dying here!!!
My Bronco is sitting in the Regional Distribution Center in Portland, OR. Shipped from Ford on the 4th and been sitting there since the 16th. Now the kicker on this whole deal is...I'M IN TEXAS!!!!!!! Nobody cares to walk out there and see that it's been misrouted and needs to make a move back south!!! How long does it sit there before it raises any eyebrows?? @Ford Motor Company gave me a case number over a week ago and told me they were checking into it. Radio silence since!! I found out all this information by calling the hotline and researching online myself! My original ETA was 12-21 to 12-27, now it's changed to 12-25 to 12-31. If your Bronco has shipped and it seems like it's taking a ridiculous amount of time to get to you, start checking on it now!! Don't take "I don't know" or "I don't have that information" for an answer. Make your dealership GM look into it immediately. Is it fair to request that Ford send a hot shot to go get it and have it delivered by the end of the year? Anybody in Portland wanna rescue it for me? HELP!!!
