Having the first year bronco I know what ypu mean ,It's why I'm looking to get a new one.Ford already tested a hybrid Bronco at the testing grounds in late 2023. But I doubt it will be a 2025 release. With the new battery tech coming out in 2025, it may be a 2026 release.
Personally, having owned several battery-based vehicles, I would not buy the first year of a plug-in battery tech release in a model line. Sole hybrid - okay. Plug-in - no. Battery management modules have been a problem for most of the manufacturers. I would want proven reliability before I went out crawling or cruising beyond the mall.
