Bronco Delivery.

I know Ford employees view some of these posts. I can only hope. My Bronco was built and off the assembly line on September 1. My dealer is 1 hour from the assembly plant. It is now October 3 and still no commitment from the shipper Jack Cooper to deliver my Bronco. Why? All BS aside it’s a sold unit with no sence of urgency by anyone to post a sale and satisfy a customer that has waited 14 months for delivery. Why can’t my dealer pick it up? Why only excuses? Please advise I look forward to giving you details. Thanks

cuz youre a number. Thats it. There is zero customer service any more. You are a number who is giving them money and could probably care less if you cancel the order. Thats the facts now of almost everything.

I feel your pain! Blend Date: 8/16 and "Built" but still stuck "Awaiting Shipment." 3 missed delivery windows so far and no updates for four days. What's going on @Ford Motor Company???

It has nothing to do with customer service, once the threat of the rail strike hit, it bottled up shipping all over the place.

There are union agreements that say who can/cannot pickup and deliver vehicles from a holding yard,..that's why dealers simply cant go get it...even if the dealer is across the street, it has to be delivered by a transport company. No Ford employee can do anything to help get your vehicle any faster.
