Bronco Build week 4/29

Starting to loose hope... was re-reading these forms and see people with build dates after mine who live farther from the plant than me getting theirs before me. I think someone lost it. Tracker hasn't updated since 4/29 and dealer doesn't have any updates. Time to start looking for a F350.

Don't give up hope yet. I know it's no consolation but everyone went through this in the past. I did as well. My original order was Mar '23 and waited right at 5 months and that was actually pretty fast back then.

If it hasn't soured you yet, hang in there. Maybe go back to Ford chat or press your dealer to get on VinView. It's really bad that you're having to go through this.

I'm in the same boat. Tracker stuck at "in production" 4/29. Was told by Ford Chat it is at the upfitter. Maybe because I ordered removable hoop steps and full bash plates? My dealer got a truck load of Broncos last week built 4/29, mine not on it. Very frustrating. On the plus side, maybe Ford will release more incentives June 1st.....

So this Memorial Day weekend I went another route and found an off the lot Bronco with a similar build to mine; a couple of missing features but I originally tried to get those removed anyway and was told "We tried". All told, walked off with a 2 door Badlands at invoice and my original build is still stuck somewhere.

Same here, they got a few with 5/11 blend dates....

So I spoke to my dealer just now. Again, bumped from 5/13 to 5/20, tracker showed "In Production" on 5/17 and then it just stayed there. I contacted the dealer a few days ago and he said his VinView was completely blank with my VIN entered. Today he told me it got bumped another week and is now in production and on the trim line. Crazy that modules had started popping earlier than when it may have even been on the line (how is that even possible?). He set me up so that I'll get VinView updates via email along with this screenshot. Note the bottom of the image under "Update"...

I'm trying. After being a day two reservation holder that got nowhere after over two years of waiting, getting and then losing a Braptor allocation during covid, and now some stumbles here, all I can do is laugh. It can be frustrating so I can absolutely relate to what you are going through. I look forward to you getting yours and being happy about it - the absolute best part. I'm going to fly out from NY to MO to pick mine up and then make a lengthy roadtrip back home. That may be contributing to the anxiousness as I'm eager to be able to plan on everything and to get going on it. Thankfully, I'm working with the coolest dealer in the world on this (I purchased a 2020 GT500 from them in 2019 when most were paying ridiculous ADM's and got it for MSRP).

Finally. Yesterday I noticed additional As Built data had been added. This morning even more and it now has a Tear Tag number.

Dealer sent me a VIN View screenshot from his phone indicating it was "produced and released." Yes!

I didn't get any notification from the access he gave me at VIN View (he said he didn't either) and he only noticed the above from logging in.

Bottom line, for those still in wait for some semblance of information - contact your dealer! Good luck to all and have a great weekend.

I was in to see my dealer on Friday and they cannot provide any updates on where my Bronco is. Tracker still shows in production May1/2024 but all they can tell me is that it was built on May3 and sometime after that it went to QA control. Almost a month later and it has gone MIA

I'm so scared of this. Hope it comes soon. Did you look at the local dealers to see if something is in stock? My dealer has my EXACT car on the lot, I could go down today for it if I wanted.

Unfortunately I will not find a dealer stock unit anywhere around me as I ordered a 2 door Wildtrak with almost every option available. Dealers do not bring in very many 2 doors and definitely not at the MSRP of $88,000 (or about $68,500 USD)

I hate to be the bringer of doom for anyone but I spoke to my dealer today as he told me my build is sitting outside awaiting shipment and has an ETA. He said "shows released to ship..no railcar yet. Current coordinates 42.278633, -83.403786 as of 12:19am this morning. The last 8 weeks have seen faster than normal deliveries on latest built stuff, because 6,500 units that had already been built received stop shipments because of hail storm damage."

Hopefully, the hail damage isn't the reason behind why Ford has gone silent for anyone here.

My VINview login isn't working and I really wish it was. He took a quick cell screen shot so I could see some of the data he has access to. The 6.21 miles has me baffled...

I just wrote him back and asked if he meant 6,500 and not 65,000. He said yes, the correct number for the plant was 6,500 but that 30,000 were affected nation wide. I edited my post above to reflect the correct number.
