Chatted with Ford this morning. They say it was built 4/11 and they said I need to contact the dealer for updates beyond that.

I am not in a big rush, but the lack of efficacy blows my mind.

Then you contact the dealer and they are like, "We don't have anymore information at this time. Maybe try contacting Ford."

I work at a Ford dealer and currently my Bronco is stuck in production since 4/21 . On our end at the dealer it shows produced . Nothing beyond that. I called Ford and same thing they are just not helpful what so ever .

Hopefully we get ours soon.

My Outer Banks has been stuck in production since 4/13 with updates just pending all along. Dealer has sent me a screen shot that say's "No Exceptions and Produced."
FYI.....My dealer has 10 Broncos in Limbo some with produced dates before mine.

It‘s now 6 weeks since my Bronco was produced, and 6 weeks it’s been sitting somewhere at MAP waiting to ship. Ford chat was again useless, so I called the Marketing line. After “researching the issue” for 5 minutes and coming back with all the information I provided at the start of the call, I’m now waiting 24-48 hours for a supervisor callback. Not expecting that to be any more enlightening.

Let me know how that goes. I’m in the same boat. Never been offered the option to escalate. Even asked.

Yeah, I am quite curious to see how this goes as well. The rep told me yesterday that mine is showing as "delayed" and nothing further can be told. Seems ford only provides info when there is a mass issue (like the batch of bad chips last year), not one off build issues that are causing delays.

Good luck getting a call back! I have been told that Twice Now.......NEVER Happened!

Wildtrak built on 4/14 and sitting at MAP since. Received an email from Ford this morning that it has shipped. Ford CS chat confirmed this and provided rail car #.

Hopefully others from our build week who have been sitting at MAP will see movement soon. I noticed some forum members from other recent build weeks who are on the West Coast had been waiting and now starting to get shipping notifications. Maybe just a legit rail delay toward the West Coast?

I did actually get a call back, but as expected, it was pointless. A lot of “our resources show”, “I can document your feedback”, and “contact your dealer” with no real information.

No, I’d say talking to the wall would be just as helpful, maybe more so.

Slowly, but surely (I think). Bronco has shipped via CSX and arrive in Garrett, IN last night. Due in Gibson, IN tonight. Still a long was from Houston, but we shall see.

Mine was hung up in Garrett for a few days. Gibson/Chicago seems to be a common bottleneck.
