I just went to the chat on the ford site that is under support. You fill out your name, VIN number, and a couple of other things. When they answer just ask for an update on your build.

I’m not even sure what the tear tag looks like.

Me too, my module data page thing never updated to give me one. There is a place for it at the top of the module build data page.

It is just a four character code. Which by looking at the build week spreadsheet, doesn't seem to be vehicle specific and is repeated several times.

I am showing built. No shipped email, but ford chat just gave me a railcar number. Tracker is behind.

Just found out my 4/13 Blend Date & Build did Happen. Estimated ship date is 4/21 Thru 4/27!

Decided to give chat a go again today.

They said it was still in production , but “Produced” ???

Anyways - the ETA moved into next week.

There is a primary status and a secondary status. My primary is in production and my secondary is produced. No idea what the difference in primary vs secondary status is but sounds like you are in the same boat.

Judging by that.. I'd imagine it's either completely done - or waiting to go to the mod shop for hoop steps. Not sure if modular front bumper is done there as well, or on the line.

That's the only 2 things that I would imagine holding it up.

Ford chat says my estimated delivery to East Texas is May 27th. April 12th Build Day, all modules and tear tag and I am back to waiting again. A month and half more. My sons 16th Birthday is June 11, cutting it close if that day holds.

so its weird. I went on both browsers and couldn't see the blue link. SO i deleted my history cookies etc from edge and then went back and there is was. Not sure why but I did get a hold of someone and she told me it was built and awaiting shipment to Granger

So 4/11 blend
4/13 modules and tear tag
now awaiting shipment with eta at Granger 5/2-5/8
tracking site still says "in production"

ETA 4/24-4/30 on back door link . Same thing chat told me .

My trackers updated overnight too. 4/14 blend. Tracker says built 4/17 which is the same day its tear tag appeared.

Backdoor tracker says estimated delivery 5/1/2023 - 5/7/2023, going to Chapman

Haven't received any emails
