A couple of days ago I called Ford to change my reservation to a different dealership. At the end the rep ask me if I had any questions.

I said. " Yes, when is the build and price coming. " He said " Oh it's coming sometime in December, anything else. "

"Nope, that's it I said",, I figured he was mistaken, but apparently I was the one that was mistaken.

Ha ha, you guys crack me up. I actually read a couple months ago, some small company was supposed to bring the Blackberry back... albeit with Android... but I believe they're bringing the physical keyboard back... Can't see that selling.

I don't think Ford would send out official emails talking about time of order placement and not be able to do it.

Seriously, though, I think many of them don't know what B&P actually means or how it relates to ordering. They're not focused on the customer - what we're dealing with. They're focused on their side of it only - taking the orders in December.

It's the classic "Inside-Out Thinking" that's been outed in modern sales guides. And unfortunately, how many car salesmen and women still sell.

ooooh! The F150 has an all new digital owners manual that will save 18000 feet of paper. I get it for saving the environment but a hard copy Owners Manual is REAL. For me at least.
