I think at this point most are right, development is done. One thing I can tell you that is very hard to do, even with the best software is properly load test servers. We all know that every single one of us is going to be on the site for hours configuring and reconfiguring our builds and can you imagine how many people here will bitch and moan if the response time is super slow or worse, crash....( "we waited all this time for it to move at a snails pace")

But if Ford has farmed it out to AWS then the load balancing and throughput should have zero problems whatsoever. Assuming that is, that Ford bought that level of support/performance from Amazon.

You'd be surprised, even with Elastic Beanstalk and Failover how if their build and price spawns many processes it could still be an issue. Hopefully a company the size of Ford didn't cheap out on infrastructure.

I think that Ford is still working on getting the 200 accessories into the B&P. Some options and accessories are only available on specific trims. So the Bronco B&P has a lot more programming involved than the standard B&P.

I predict that they release the B&P early am on a Monday or Tuesday. Gives the servers a chance to serve a smaller audience before west coast folks wake up.
