Is is just me or are almost all of the broken tie-rods on the same side of the vehicle? If you have broken a tie-rod or have seen someone with a broken tie-rod (on 2021 and newer Broncos) please post what side of the vehicle it was on.

The only one I've witnessed was @Tarheel_Wes, driver side.

There's actually not that many that have broken, a recent poll here didn't get a single vote.

From people that I know personally… I’ve seen two driver’s side and one passenger’s side. Online… now that you mention it… it does seems like most are driver’s side.

Worth noting that all the people I know personally have 37”+ tires. Haven’t heard of anyone who snapped one on the stock 35” tires. So it seems to largely just be attributed to putting extra stress on those tie rods by going larger than factory. It seems to be the usual problem of upgrade component, find weak link, upgrade a new component, find another weak link, rinse/repeat until wallet empty.

(That said, pretty sure I did see at least one post on here that snapped it with 35s.)
yes mostly the rods are snapping under lots of stress or big tires and lifts but mine snapped on BD stock tires (31.6 inch) and no lift. (Check out thread here) I still have no idea how that happened but mine is the unique case and I’m putting the JKS sleeves on mine. :)

I love that sentence! Did you come up with that yourself?

Personally, I'm leaving my Sasquatch as Ford built it and hoping to not break anything.
