There was a rumor one time that Ford would start offering body color hardtops. Has anybody heard any updates on this?

The body-color HT was only an option for the OBX prior to the '21 order banks. Other trims had an option for a gloss black HT and some it was supposed to be standard (FE). Going into the 4th model year and the only way to get paint on the mod top is with a HE. Maybe it might be available for MY'25 or maybe the 7G.
Yesterday I had a white Bronco pass me with a white hardtop. Could not tell you if it was factory or after market...but it looked good.
