Best method for rack accessory wiring?

I just bought the TrailRax rack during the Black Friday sales. I plan on running a Starlink and some exterior lights on the rack. What is the best method to run wires from the roof into the interior of the vehicle without compromising the seals and causing leaks?

There is a channel in the front seal above the passenger side windshield for bringing wiring up to light bars and such. Should be able to find some videos about it
