Wondering if I can get some advice instead of snarky comments which have been popping up lately in a lot of threads

- want 17” wheels not 18
- want minimum 32” tires
- will be doing light off-roading
- will be my daily driver
- want auto start, keyless entry
- want heated seats
- want 2.7 Auto transmission
- want advanced 4x4

which trim gives me biggest bang for buck???

Given your wants I would say the BB would. Unless you wanted something in the high or lux packages, then the obx would be better.

Keep in mind the interiors are different between the two also....not sure if that matters to you.

You can't get the Advanced 4x4 on the BB without Sasquatch. Also, OB comes standard with mid, so you'll have heated seats already. Swap your 18s for 17s. Both come with 32" tires.

Trying to get the same options in BB leaves you about $2900 cheaper, but no advanced 4x4, painted mirrors and flares, and LED tails.

I have been going through the same question. I have decided that I'm going OB. The high package adds a lot for me. Also the seats are better, and you get the 12 inch screen. I went with the 2.3 to bring the price a little closer the the BB. tough decision. I'm go back and forth all the time.

I was debating on whether to go with a 4 door big bend or 2 door outerbanks. As much as I love the interior of the outerbanks but hate the color matched fenders. I decided to go with the 4 door big bend. More practical and the only thing I'm really missing is the advanced 4x4 system which I can live without. I hear you can get the led tail lights on the big bend but not sure what package it comes with.

As others said, you can't get the advanced 4x4 without squatch in the big bend. That is one of the things that pushed me to outerbanks for right now, that and the cloth seats in the OBX look way nicer.

I thought all along that I would be getting an OBX but the only item that I really wanted was the upgraded sound but the price spread was just too much. So I am going with a BB 4Dr with the 2.7L. I don’t need to auto 4WD and all the other options I plan to get with the BB will still leave me over $6K less than the OBX with the Lux. I will figure out upgrading the speakers and getting different rims and tires later. But I am happy with the package I have set up - and ultimately that’s the key - you have to be happy with what you get.

Good luck with it

I really want the advanced 4x4 but not available on BB. Helpful for winters

And I don’t want 18 wheels that are standard on OBX

I’m stuck!!

Nm, you're right. It's only available with squatch on BB.
