Are the Maybett and IAG mud flaps the same?

Are the Mabett and IAG I-Line mud flaps the same product? They look identical from what I can see. Am I missing something or is this one of those cases of two different companies using the same supplier?

Some of the IAG stuff is different but the I-Line is from China and they have been upfront about it. Seems like the same manufacturer for Mabett and others on Amazon.
