Saturday I picked up the 2 door Heritage that had been a declined special order that I put a deposit down on in March. Paid MSRP, forced them up a tad on my trade, got the Jeep promo money and no dealer add ons. There in my glovebox I find the window sticker and an addendum dealership sticker that had been mounted to the window - showing a $15k market adjustment and $2,600 in dealer add ons. Clearly they had plan B well under way in case my purchase fell thru.

What are the benefits of x plan vs a dealer just lowering the cost to match what x plan would give?
