The new app just plain sucks. The old version had more features and worked better. Mine continually says in motion. The old version worked as it was supposed to.

Not to mention you can no longer add self service via the app.. Only web now

Yep. The new app version constantly says the wife’s Bronco and my F150 are “ON” when they are not. Thankfully, I noticed this glitch on a not so hot day when I ran into the store, remote started my truck from the app, or so I thought through the app, and had my 2 dogs inside. Truck showed “ON” and when I went out 5 min later, the truck was definitely not running and was pretty hot inside the cab.

The other thing that drives me crazy with this new version is it will show the Bronco 30 miles away at work, however, the Bronco left that area an hour before I checked the app and the wife is pulling into our driveway when I sent her a text as to whether she was heading home to meet our contractor.

Old app was mildly useful. New app is total junk.

What do you know. Updated app and it knows vehicle status. Thats not really a good thing. How can it be trusted? Not that it’s needed to survive.

I get the same, then hit the lock button and it changes to parked

Odd.

The old app had my wife's Bronco on it. Tried to add it again and her Vin has 18 digits/letters and the app only allows 17. Plus my wife thought I was at home cuz it shows my truck there.
