Contacted Ford chat apparently they are doing updates to the website and some features may not be available.

Mine disappeared for a couple of weeks earlier just before it was shipped. then it came back. Like said above the "reason" was updates to website.

I was able to view the window sticker with this link...if you're not, try pasteing the link in another browser (chrome, edge, etc.)
