First, is there supposed to be a hole in the rear half of the front seal/gutter? There's what looks like a tear in the exact middle of the front seal about an inch long. It looks too clean and midline so not sure if it's there for a reason? I didn't want to seal it before asking thought not sure it's purpose.
Otherwise, so far I've adjusted the front panels per the Ford tech instructions so they're within spec. Both the gutter drain and side weep holes have been draining appropriately. I siliconed the screws in the gutter. I peeled back the front put of the seal ever so slightly where it meets the top of the windshield frame and dumped some silicone in there hoping to add more sealant.
It still leaks. Where the hell can it be coming in? I really don't want to be without the truck for weeks while the dealer fails to fix it. Any known common source?
