I have a Samsung S22 and when I get a call or make a call it allows me to do so in my 23 with high package. The problem is it doesn't allow me to hear or talk through Bluetooth. I have to pick up the phone to hear or talk. Sometimes it allows me to transfer the call to the vehicle.

Anyone else having this issue?

Make sure you have granted it permission to allow and make phone calls in your phone's settings. Select it Bronco from your Bluetooth devices on your phone, click on the cog to the right and double check it

Also, and I know this sounds stupid, but make sure your volume is turned up in your Bronco when you're on the phone.

I say this as I just did some audio upgrades to my system, and when I tested the Bluetooth I couldn't hear the person on the other end - I thought my phone wasn't connected. After a moment of stupidity, I turned up the volume knob to realize it had been on 0 or 1, and my issue was resolved :ROFLMAO:
