You can order them. I placed an order on the 10th. When they will ship is another story.

Edit: Just got an email from them.

Lead time on those steps is about 12-14 weeks from when the back order is placed.

That's weird that you got a... basically an acknowledgement of a design flaw. They didn't say anything to me. Pretty much just said we'll ship you a new piece, but we can't tell you when you'll receive it.
