Anyone have a reservation at All American Ford in Paramus? I have had a reservation there for some time, never been able to get anyone to respond, even spoke with Ford Corporate which told me that my reservation was being held as a "99" so not to worry. Today with the MY22 Ordering Banks opening I went in to update my reservation and it appears the dealer used my reservation to place an order. I called All American and the receptionist gives me the name of the Manager that "handles Broncos". No response. I find his email and email him. He tells me that he sent my email to Hackensack for handling but now he won't respond or say who I should talk to or call! Has anyone experienced this with All American?

Try emailing Adam Selman he was great about responding to my emails. I never bought what he had as I didn't like the colors he had

Curious how this played out for you?
I had a similar situation with another dealer in North NJ. I was a late reservation and order(5/21, and 6/15) and wasnt expecting my Bronco till later in '22. Bought a explorer(from same dealer and salesman) in July. Was told my order was code 99 as well and I would get a '22.
October rolls around and I get a email that my Bronco was scheduled for production exactly how I wanted it except without a hard top. I was told that it must be a mistake, then a week later was confirmed by the dealer that it was valid. Was told they "didnt know" how the code 99 got changed or the hard top and that it was not issue they would just place another order for me for a '22. Kinda sketchy, feels like they knew I wanted a '22 and used my reservation to get a truck sooner so they could sell it over MSRP since they "thought" I didnt want a '21.
At the end of the day I am happy. Jokes on then, I will take my truck with a soft top, was thinking of switching anyway. I'll figure out how to pay for it! I was very disappointed when I thought I'd be waiting another year for a Bronco.
But just puts a sour taste in my mouth regarding a dealership and salesman I have bought 10+ vehicles through for over 10 years between myself and my business.

Glad it worked out for you. After calling and emailing Ford Corporate I received a response to one of my emails. They apologized for the “confusion” (no idea what could be confusing about me asking for someone to call me regarding my reservation) and told me to come in to the dealership to finalize the deal. Long story short it all worked out, I placed my order (got a signed purchase agreement as Ford Corporate recommended at MSRP) and just received an email that my truck has been scheduled for production. I’m cautiously optimistic that it will actually work out.

That's who I'm going through as well. They seem to be pretty straight up if not very involved. I had to do all the leg work myself as far as gathering info on anything regarding my truck. But they do promise sale at MSRP.
I'm a 11/29 build week too. Hopefully we'll be having a very Bronco Christmas!
