Air Dam Popping When Closing

Hey all,

Just picked up a 24 and I noticed that the air dam is popping when closing. I have had a few 6G Broncos and have never heard this. I can’t see anything wrong from the surface level. Has anyone experienced the same? Will grab a video later today.

Just picked up a 24 and I noticed that the air dam is popping when closing. I have had a few 6G Broncos and have never heard this. I can’t see anything wrong from the surface level. Has anyone experienced the same? Will grab a video later today.

Lower air dam or shutters? Either way there's plastic and a cheap actuator involved. Misalignment and or fasteners not done correctly would be my initial suspiscion.

Just the shutters. It literally sound like a cheap plastic pop lol.
