This will be my first off roader. I will try to play around with it but no serious rocks- none in my region

I want the look of Sasquatch so bad but
1) no manual right away
2) it seems expensive to me.

Since I won’t put it through the ringer off road, I am curious what someone with more knowledge would say about going grab a set of 35 Ats ($1000?) some rims that fit (another $1000 or less) and some type of mid range lift - this I have no clue on.
If I try to do this to Big Bend 4 door with manual tranny are there any huge trade offs I’m missing?
seems like I can get most of what I want for under 3k vs 6k and no Manual.
Thanks for the help!

You'll also need to buy a device to recalibrate your speedo, cost of mounting and balancing of the tires, labor to install the lift, new shocks if they don't come with a lift, waiting for an after market bronco lift to be made, depending on the height of the lift, possibly a new drive shaft and extended brake lines. You get the picture. Then you'll possibly have to deal with the headache of what a non factory lift might do to the drivetrain. Excess wear and tear on suspension components and you still won't have the front locker.

EDIT: You'll most likely spend more than $2,000 on wheels and tires, unless you're going to cheap out. Don't forget you need 5 tires and wheels and not 4.

Pony up for the squatch up front will most likely be cheaper than to do it yourself after the fact.

You can price out wheels and tires 100% accurate right now. A decent aftermarket lift kit may be some time, and who knows for how much.

I think if you're not going Badlands or up, the squatch is worth being a later delivery. You'll be on the trails before you get that base lifted adequately.

I want to see an OME BP51 external reservoir kit adapted from the Ranger, probably a hell of a lot better than the Bilsteins that come with the Sasquatch.
